Who is Little Dipper?
Little Dipper is one of the newest cute puppies from the new movie 102 Dalmatians.
This site is dedicated to that wonderful puppy!!!

There isn't much in the way of Little Dipper and his character that has been seen but to best
describe him, he has a black tail and dipped paws.
That picture above is from a Disney Adventures comic and you can see they forgot to draw
in the dipped tail and paws.
He is a very interesting character and I think Disney should really give him some good parts
in the concept of the Dalmatians.
